Abstract

Since the beginning of 2000s; digitalization era has started with regard to rapid developments in internet and communication technologies. This change in information technologies affecting almost every side of our lives has also enabled us to reconstruct the knowledge and data sources. Bringing information and documents into digital environment has enabled us to build a faster and healthier human resource management process. In this research, which was designed in the literature review model, the phenomenon of digitalization in human resources management was examined and the issue was discussed in more depth through the MEBBİS system used in the Ministry of National Education.

The findings obtained within the scope of the research show that digital technologies save money and time, especially in human resources management, while increasing and accelerating business performance.
